CEEP : "the partner for services of general interest".
This club - founded in 1965 - participates institutionally in the European Social Dialogue in Brussels and plays a decisive role in the negotiation and conclusion of conventions with the European trade union congress, ETUC employee’s representative and Businesseurope employer’s representative.
Through its General Secretariat, CEEP helps enterprises by providing them with access and contacts in different general directorates of the European Commission and other community institutions.
Logirep / Polylogis belongs to the french section which counts 40 members.

About URBAN LOGEMENT (www. urban – logement. eu)

URBAN–LOGEMENT : The European urban Housing parliamentary intergroup.
Created in 2005. Jean-Marie Beaupuy (Alde France, vice chairman) Alain Hutchinson (Pse Belgium). 72 MEP members.
This group plays an active role in the work undertaken by the various Presidencies of the Council with an official platform at the informal Councils.
It enhances the exchange of ideas and best practices between 90 partner organisations.

Sustainable Refurbishment Europe. (www.sureuro.com)
Sureuro has developed models and systems that provide housing organisations and stake holders with great opportunities to perform refurbishment process within a normal time schedule and budget through dedicated "Toolbox" among others things.

EPI- SOHO :
Energy Performance Integration in Social Housing. (www.epi-soho.eu)
The project aims to improve energy efficiency in the social housing stock.
Epi – Soho focuses on
- developing methods for cost – efficiency in the social housing sector’s strategic planning.
- developing common structures among local authorities, social housing companies, and in the private sector related to sustainability.
- Workpackages linked with evaluation methods.

The project is carried out in collaboration with:
